The flowers were sent to a friend. It was the florists's choice option. The bouquet/vase was beautiful. The reason for 4 stars, the surprise $10 fee at checkout. It is disheartening that businesses still do this to people. Yes, I could have cancelled my order, but after all the time and thought, why bother. I would rather be charged a known delivery fee than be slapped with a 'registration' fee.
